I was asked by Rogue FIlms to shoot two films for Fords new line of electric vehicles, dramatically revealing this exciting new line of future vehicles. The deadline was incredibly tight, which meant we had very little time to concept, plan and execute a stylised film that would meet Fords expectations. Working closely with Neil Edson and Ben Hampshire at Rogue, we planned to shoot the new Ford Mach-E and Electric Transit van, utilising a custom built soft box consisting of 22 s60 Arri Skypanels, fed back to a lighting desk to create sequences of light and dark. I added layers to this set up by incorporating a theatrical moving light and some floor based 5K heads, to create three bold looks that seamlessly blended into one and other. A super fast turn around on this one, I think we pulled it off.
